Sally Sargent is a professional photographer from Wells

I am a professional lifestyle photographer based in Somerset with a particular specialism in family and children’s photography. I set up my business in 2011 when I brought together my love of children and my passion for photography and finally realised that I had found the career for me!

I am a mother of three and have a natural affinity for children, as well as the patience and understanding needed to capture their unique characters. I photograph with minimal direction, playing games and having fun so I can focus on those natural expressions which capture a child’s personality.

A creative eye and a relaxed approach ensure a set of images that are unique to you and which can be passed down through generations of your family.

I aim to produce beautiful and lasting portraits which reflect a person’s true character and capture the magic of natural light. Although I edit the images carefully, I avoid over manipulation or special effects which I feel can date quickly and detract from the picture’s quality.

I work throughout Somerset and surrounding areas, including Bristol and Bath, and I am willing to travel further on request.
